• Service prices may vary depending on hair length, density, and time required. Final pricing will be confirmed during your visit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We value your time and ours.

• We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
• Repeated no-shows may require a deposit to book future appointments.

Deposits & Payments

• Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are applied toward your service total.
• We accept various forms of payment, including credit card, Apple Pay, cash.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.


Refunds & Adjustments

We stand behind our work and want you to love your hair.

• If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
• Adjustments may be offered at the discretion of your stylist.
• Refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Retail Purchases

• Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange within 7 days with a receipt.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

For the safety of our clients and team:

• Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
• Inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or prior chemical treatments before your service.
